Outside, there's a sweet ground-level setup with a private pool, jacuzzi, comfy Adirondack chairs, and plenty of spots to kick back. Upstairs, we've got five roomy bedrooms with super comfy Nectar and Casper mattresses to suit all snooze preferences. And no worries about laundry – we've got a washer, dryer, and all the necessities covered. Pool is not heated. Jacuzzi is heated when you notify the host. Sometimes the pool has leaves in it, you can remove the leaves by emptying out the in-water sweeper basket on the blue vacuum. You can also use the pool net to capture leaves. It’s safe to swim even with leaves in it. The pool is cleaned on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The entire house is yours and you will enter via smart lock key pad. Maintenance and cleaning are not provided during your stay. If there is an emergency, please contact the host via the Airbnb App. There is room for three cars in the driveway. Garage parking is not allowed. Pinellas County Quiet Hours are 10 pm - 9 am. This is a non-smoking residence that includes but is not limited to; vaping, e-cigarettes, cigarettes, marijuana, and cigars. Please respect the space. No smoking inside the property. No pets are permitted. No parties, loud music that disturbs the peace of the neighborhood, or unannounced guests. A $200 fine will be imposed for any pets, parties, loud music, unannounced guests, or smoking. 2 security cameras are located outside of the property and monitor pool equipment and front porch.
