Casa Evan This lovely family holiday apartment is situated in the heart of Arrecife, El Charco. Very close to the high street and only a 20 minutes’ walk to the city beach! It is a well-loved home of our family and has a very quiet community and neighbourhood. Ideal for Families this 3 Bedroom apartment has 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, living room, a flat-screen TV with a Netflix Guest Account (no local channels), wifi, a dining area, a fully equipped large traditional kitchen. The space The house is on the 2nd floor, without elevator. The structure is newly renovated, clean and very cozy. The house has an entrance with coat and shoe rack, which opens access to the kitchen, the third bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped, also has an annex a small room with washing machine. The third room has a sofabed and wardrobe. The living room is very spacious, divided into a relaxation area with two large sofas, and the dining room with the table. A long corridor leads to the double bedroom, then to a double room with a single bed that can be also double bed, and finally to the bathroom who has two sinks, wc and large walk-in shower. The terrace is located on the roof, half is for the exclusive use of guests, while the other half is from another apartment. The space is very large and guests can enjoy it having breakfast overlooking the marina of Arrecife. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire accommodation. You can also access the rooftop, to enjoy breakfast or the view of the La Marina of Arrecife.
