On the penthouse floor, in addition to the large terrace with mini-pool and solarium, there are 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room. On the basement floor is a second apartment with kitchen and living area, 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Some rooms are on the basement floor. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 500 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage.
