The space This lovely and bright studio has been finished to a high standard with high quality furnishings and the modern appliances. The open plan living space has light streaming through the large windows. The studio comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa and smart Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout. The sleeping area is separated by a large wall, so it almost feels like a separate bedroom. The comfortable double bed will be made up with crisp hotel linen, and towels and toiletries are also provided. The modern and clean bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also free on-site parking (bay 201). Guests can also benefit from access to the communal on site gym and business centre (please request gym access with us before use, as you will need to have an induction). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people. Please note, you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
