Easy access into the centre of town, as well as the southern and northern suburbs. 20 minute drive to Cape Town International Airport. Close to UCT, Hartleyvale Stadium, Bishops, Rustenberg Girls and Rondebosch Boys. The cats shown in some of the pictures are no longer in the house! The space The house is a historical cottage, built along with many of its neighbours over 100 years ago. It has a sunny, secluded courtyard. As with many of the cottages in the area, the house does not have off-street parking, but you will not struggle to find a place to park outside. There is no television...but plenty of books. Guest access The whole house will be yours.
