Guest access Entire Apartment, Gym, Swimming pool, Riverside Park and Other facilities Other things to note You're welcome to stay at our apartment as your home, so please treat it like your place :) I'd be really appreciate if you keep the house tidy. * CHECK IN: Self check-in with Resident’s acess Card on mailbox at reception (password provided). You may be able to check-in our apt when you arrive before the check in time if our apt is ready. If not, you can enjoy the waiting area with free high speed wifi or have a cup of coffee at some local coffee shops just few steps away. * CHECK OUT: please turn off all electricities and close the door when checkout and put the Resident Card on the table of living room. * For badminton, tennis, golf: you need to stay more than a week to get free service. Your playing calendar should be confirmed as soon as possible, we need to know your calendar to pre-book. Thank you. * THE POOL: Now the outdoor pool is closed for guest who stay short term, it only uses for resident. So, only when your stay is more than from one month, we will support to register for you. The outdoor pool is located just below the ground of the building and use fingerprints for accessing. Therefore, if you have a need to use it, please notify the landlord at least 3 day in advance to register for you (maximum 2 adults, kids will be free when come with adults) (You can notify this before you arrive or during your stay). The pool will be charged for one time registration for $ 15 (use for whole your staying). You can use the pool from 6 am - 10 pm every day after being registered. Please note and thanks. * CLEANING SERVICE Cleaning service has fee: During your stay, If you just need cleaning the apartment and change towels, the fee is $ 10 (or 200.000 VND); If you need cleaning and change a new set include bedsheets, quilt covers, pillowcases and towels, the total fee is 15USD (or 350.000 VND). * PICK UP/OFF SERVICE - We currently provide shuttle service from Tan Son Nhat airport to the apartment, supporting you to check in / out easily. At a cost of USD 15 (or VND 350,000) each time picking up from the airport or drop off to the airport. - You only need to give us the time you land (pickup) or the time to take off (drop off) of your plan.
