This hidden gem is a warm and restful 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and a bonus sleeping/lounging area. It is located near the center of town and right off the main boulevard with easy access to everything. It is walking distance to many stores and restaurants, 1 mile to the main gate of historic Fort Huachuca, and right on the edge of the newly rejuvenated West End improvement project. The space This adorable space is one of three apartments located behind a small business right on Fry Boulevard. Its size is perfect for individuals, couples, and small families. The bathroom is very small, but adequate. The space works well for military, contractors, traveling nurses, hikers, and birdwatchers. It includes everything needed for a short or long stay. The Brickyard includes a dedicated parking space in front of the building. The entrance to the apartment is located through an inconspicuous narrow walkway between two office buildings. A code to a keypad on the gate will grant you access to the walkway, where you will be provided a key to the apartment. You will have a refrigerator with freezer space, and a kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, and just about anything else you may need to prepare your own meals. The full kitchen has an electric stove and oven, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and many other kitchen appliances and utensils. The living room has a queen pullout sleeper sofa, and a comfortable accent chair. Both TVs provides internet streaming channels. Netflix access is provided, but you can use your personal accounts on the other channels if you would like to. There is a desk area perfect for work or school studies. You also have a small, private seating area located near the back fence. The only thing that is shared is the walkway from the front of the building to the space. Checkout is 11:00 AM. Due to the proximity to the neighboring spaces, smoking is not permitted in the apartment or the courtyard/patio area. Other things to note Linens for the pullout sleeper are in a container under the bed. There are extra blankets and pillows in the closet. There are lines for the futon in the side-table drawer in front of the futon. There is a small fire extinguisher under the sink, as well as a large fire extinguisher on the wall outside in front of the apartments. A garbage can is located under the kitchen counter. Extra supplies can be found under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom.
