If there are bookings for the same day, don't worry, we have other spaces in the same floor where you can safely leave your baggage, so you can drop it securely, explore the city and check in when the apartment is ready for you (maximum at 3:00 pm, but we'll do everything for you to enjoy it as soon as possible). • Is the apartment cleaned regularly? We take cleanliness very seriously and you'll find the apartment sparkling clean when you arrive. If you are staying for 7 days or more, we can have our housekeeper clean the apartment once a week at no extra charge. Please let us know if you want to use this service with enough time, so we can arrange our housekeeper's schedule • I will arrive very late. Can I access anytime? Yes! Do you meet those rules? Yes, there are laws in Colombia for short-term stays (less than 30 days). The government requires the National Tourism Registry (RNT) for this activity.
