Other things to note To finalize your reservation, a mandatory KYC process is required. Guests must provide ID verification, proof of residence, proof of solvency, and proof of the reason for their stay. The guest’s signature and accreditation will also be required as part of the process. By booking, you acknowledge and consent to these requirements. We cannot accept any booking without these documents, and standard cancellation penalties will apply if the KYC process is not completed.
