Casa Solstice, a garden on the Volcano

This peaceful NON-SMOKING home offers a relaxing stay in a totally exotic setting. A 50 m2 house with 2 bedrooms designed for those looking for a central, authentic and quiet base to visit the island. The accommodation is compact, designed for 2 adults or a family with young children (contact me). /!\ The rooms are separated by a thin partition, so sound insulation is moderate. The space With its view of the Tinache volcano and its terraced fields, you can spend hours observing this landscape like a painting in absolute tranquility. The terrace overlooks our vegetable garden: tomatoes, squash, peppers and fruit trees, for the pleasure of seeing them grow day after day. We built this cottage ourselves entirely of wood! Powered by 6 kW of solar panels and equipped with a 2.4 kW EV charger, we are truly committed to renewable energy and resources. Guest access The 1400 m2 property consists of a laundry-garage and 5 apartments. Laundry is available upon request. Free and supervised parking is common to the entire property. Other things to note STRICTLY NON-SMOKING Indoor and Outdoor WiFi approx. 20 Mbps (basic home use, browser, maps, unsuitable for video calls). Guests with an Electric Vehicle: the use of the charging station is free between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. It is charged 20cts/kWh outside these hours (e.g. 12 hours of charging at 1.2kW is 14.4kWh or €2.88). We use natural pest control methods, take care not to leave food that could attract pests. Note that despite all our preventive efforts, as we are in a rural environment, it happens (rarely!) that some cockroaches get lost in the kitchen. If this eventuality is unbearable to you, please do not book our accommodation. Similarly, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our accommodation and therefore will not be able to refund a cancellation related to an allergic reaction.
