New Private Room “C” Minutes From Houston

Paloma Falls Guesthouse is a quiet, room-only stay for one adult guest per room, minutes from Houston with easy access to I-69 and TX-99 (Grand Parkway). Each private upstairs room has a queen bed and shares one full bathroom upstairs. No kitchen or fridge access. Quiet hours are 10 PM–10 AM. No visitors, parties, or smoking. Street parking only, shoes off indoors, and two indoor cats live here. Check-in is 3–6 PM with photo ID. Ideal for respectful, quiet guests. The space Paloma Falls Guesthouse is located in the Sendero community, a newer, quiet residential neighborhood in Richmond, Texas. The area is clean, calm, and well maintained, making it ideal for guests who value peace and safety. The home is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully kept, with private upstairs rooms in a relaxed, respectful setting. Guests enjoy easy access to major freeways, nearby shopping and restaurants, and a neighborhood that feels peaceful day and night. This is a great fit for solo travelers looking for a simple, quiet place to rest, recharge, and feel at ease while staying close to Houston. Guest access Guests have access to their private upstairs bedroom and a shared full bathroom upstairs. Entry is through the front door using a keypad with a unique code, and there is no curfew, so you may come and go freely. This is a room-only stay; there is no access to the kitchen or refrigerator. Laundry is available by request. All other areas of the home are private. During your stay I’ll be available through the Airbnb app only during your stay. Other things to note We have two very friendly indoor cats, Sheroo (male, black Chartreux) and Noori (female, white Siamese).
