Check-in (arrival in the apartment) is possible from 4PM and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be done no later than 11AM. ✧WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE AT THE END OF THE STAY? Yes, if you wish, we can send you an invoice by email. ✧ARE PETS ALLOWED? Yes, pets are allowed, however an additional charge will be added to your reservation. ✧IS THE PROPERTY SMOKING? Strictly no smoking in the apartment (the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector). ✧HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SLEEP IN THE APARTMENT? An extra comfortable double bed and a 140 x 197 cm sofa bed will allow you to stay for 4 people. ✧ARE BATH TOWELS PROVIDED? Yes, bath linens are always provided. ✧IS LINEN PROVIDED? Yes, everything you need is provided, you will not need to clutter with your sheets, towels, tea towels etc. ✧IS CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE STAY? A cleaning fee is included in the rental price so that the apartment is delivered to you clean for your arrival. However, the tenant is required to return it in its normal state of use (clean sink and dishes made) You'll be charged extra housekeeping if cleaning is required for more than an hour. ✧WHERE CAN I PARK? Parking is available in the street and around (free spaces).
