You'll love the unique charm of this house- exposed beams, & cozy nooks. Features bedroom w/ queen-size bed, spacious living room (w/ foldout memory foam queen bed- best for 1 adult or 2 kids). Fully stocked kitchen, & bathroom. Dogs are allowed w/ prior agreement to dog rules. Non-refundable dog fee will be requested. No cats, please! The space There is a queen bed on the top floor and a queen fold out couch with a memory foam topper in the living room. The living room has a cozy natural gas fireplace & heaters for those cool evenings and there is also a/c for those hot summer nights! Mid-Century and Bohemian design come together to create a peaceful space to enjoy some time away in the Sierra Foothills hiking or swimming in the Yuba. Please note that this is a Victorian house so the 2 flights of stairs are steep (see photos). The bedroom is on the top floor and the bathroom is on the bottom floor. There is NO parking with this house. It’s street parking only as parking in the driveway is reserved for the Main Residence (our 3 bedroom rental) on the property.
