A Big House in the Heart of Errol

Take a step back in time to grandmas vintage house. This spacious home is located next to the Androscoggin River, perfect for white water rafting trips, hunting, fishing, hiking and boating. The state boat launch is a half-mile down the road. The house has a game room with an air hockey table and board games. There is plenty of room for a large group of people, a two-car garage, and a big front and back yard. Snowmobile trail and ATV access directly from the house. Enjoy high speed WiFi. The space On the patio, you'll find a six-burner grill and chairs to relax in. Soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sheets, pillows, complimentary coffee with individual creamer and sugar, and an old school oven and stove are all provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, and easy instructions are provided on how to light the pilot light in the stove. There are two showers, a dining room, and a baby crib and booster seat provided free of charge. High speed WiFi. Outside, you'll find a fire pit. Firewood is provided free of charge, but please do not bring firewood across state lines. There is a large, private backyard you can enjoy. It is perfect for cookouts, yard games, and the kids to run around. Smoking is allowed only outside. Guest access The entire house. Other things to note Do not bring your own campfire wood.
