A great public beach is 8 minutes away in Stockton Springs at Sandy Point. Antique shops, historical societies, quaint Maine streets and shopping, great seafood - it's all here. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire house, porch and yard. Other things to note This is a wonderful area an hour from Acadia or the bioluminescence tours in Castine, lakes, streams and the Penobscot river all around you. Charming Bucksport is 5 minutes away across the river, 30 minutes from Bangor. Sandy Point Beach is 8 minutes away.
