Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room, with optional twin air mattresses available upon request. The building offers secure access, elevator access, daytime front desk staff, and package delivery. The building features secure access to the building for added safety. One assigned parking space in the gated garage near by is included with your stay. Other things to note Electronic Door Knob / Self Check-In The unit features a keyless electronic door knob for easy, contactless self check-in. Important: Please keep the interior door knob in the horizontal position at all times. Turning the inside knob vertically will disable the locking mechanism. To ensure the door remains locked and functions properly, always leave the inside knob horizontal. Power Usage (Historic Building Notice) This is a beautifully preserved historic building, and as such, the electrical system has limited capacity. To avoid power interruptions, please do not run multiple high-power devices at the same time, such as: • two heaters simultaneously • Portable AC and microwave • Portable AC and hair dryer The electrical panel is located in the building lobby (not inside the unit). If power is interrupted, building maintenance will need to reset it. Resolution time can range from approximately 10 minutes during the day (building office hours) to the next morning if it occurs overnight. Clear usage instructions are provided inside the unit to help prevent this issue. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding when staying in a historic landmark. Bikes & Getting Around: Bike rentals are widely available throughout Long Beach and are a convenient way to explore the area, beach path, and downtown attractions. Parking: One assigned parking space is included in a secure parking structure next to the building. • Maximum vehicle height: 6’6” • If your vehicle exceeds this height, street parking will be required Additional Parking Options If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, street parking is available nearby. • Sunday: Street parking is free throughout Long Beach • Metered parking is free from 6:00 PM–9:00 AM • Non-metered street spaces are free unless otherwise posted Guests are responsible for observing all posted parking signs, street sweeping schedules, and city regulations. We are not responsible for parking citations or violations. This home is located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach, a lively and vibrant urban area. As with any central downtown location, some ambient city noise may be heard, including traffic, nearby restaurants, and occasional nightlife activity. Pet Policy: Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. • Approved pets are subject to a $150 per pet fee, which covers deep cleaning for future guests with allergies • The fee applies regardless of animal type • Pets must be disclosed before booking Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning charges. House Rules: To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and maintain a good relationship with our neighbors, please review and follow these rules: • No smoking of any kind (including cigarettes or marijuana) inside the unit or building. • No illegal activity, including drug use or underage drinking. • No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM. • Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in intervention by building management or local authorities, and any associated fines or penalties will be the guest’s responsibility. • Guests assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings during their stay.
