The space The private room is available for 3 people in total (only for you, your family or friends). It has two beds in a bunk bed structure, a 135 cm double bed at the bottom and a 90 cm bed at the top with protective bars, large closets, air conditioning (hot/cold), high speed WIFI, 4K SmartTV high definition TV (with national channels and compatible with Netflix, etc.) and a lock with a key on the door (for total privacy). The room also has a large desk table with a comfortable chair so you can work well. We'll give you several sets of sheets, duvets, bath towels, bath gel, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. so you have everything you need. And if you need anything else, just ask. Guest access The shared areas are: Two full bathrooms (so they are always available), a very large and equipped kitchen, several terraces with tables and chairs, and an 8-meter long swimming pool for you to enjoy. We only ask that you keep your private room clean, as well as the bathroom and common areas when you use them. Guest rules of coexistence will be available. During your stay The relationship between all the guests and with us is exceptional. We're like one big family. Some guests even learn to speak Spanish and good friendships are created. Other things to note Our house is located in Granollers. Very close to the Granollers-Canovelles train station, bus stops, city center, supermarkets and gyms, and close to main roads and highways to drive to other populations and to Barcelona city by car. Ideal for guests for studies, work, health, etc., because it is: - Less than 5 minutes walk from Granollers-Canovelles train station (R3 Line to Barcelona or Vic) and bus stops. - 12 minutes by bus (L1) or 32 minutes away by walking from Granollers-Centre train station (Lines R2, R2N to Barcelona and R8 to Bellaterra). - Trains leave for Barcelona city every 30 minutes throughout the day and the drive to downtown Barcelona takes approximately 55 minutes. - Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (Formula 1, MotoGP, etc), is less than a 10-minute drive away, and you can also go by train, bus or walk. - La Roca Village shopping center is a 15-minute drive away and you can also go by bus. - La Roca Golf Course is a 13 minute drive. - Downtown Granollers is a 19-minute walk away. - The supermarkets (Mercadona) and gyms are a 15-minute walk away. - In the Mercadona supermarket you can buy online or in person and they bring your purchase home. - Granollers Hospital is a 10-minute drive away. - It is close to main roads and highways to go by car to other nearby towns and 38 minutes by car from Barcelona city. - 30 minutes by car from the coastal and beach areas (for hospitality jobs) and you can also go by train or bus.
