The space The private room is available for 3 people in total. It has two beds in a bunk bed structure, a 135 cm double bed on the bottom and a 90 cm bed on the top with guard rails, large closets, air conditioning (cooling/heating), high-speed Wi-Fi, 4K HD SmartTV (with national channels and compatible with Netflix, etc., using your own account) and a lock on the door (for total privacy). The room also has a desk with a comfortable chair, so you can work well. Guest access The shared areas are: 2 full bathrooms (so that they are always available), a very large and equipped kitchen-dining room, several terraces with tables and chairs, and an 8-meter-long swimming pool (only available in summer). We only ask that you keep your private room clean, as well as the bathroom, kitchen and common areas when you use them. We will provide you with the rules of coexistence to ensure orderly, respectful and peaceful use of the shared house. During your stay The house functions as a shared dwelling. We seek respectful, quiet, and family-like coexistence among the people who live in the house. If you have any questions or concerns, you can message me, and I'll help you as much as possible. Once you are at my house, we will be in touch in person, by cell phone, or WhatsApp. Other things to note Our house is situated in Granollers. Very close on foot to Granollers-Canovelles train station, bus stops, the city center, supermarkets and gyms, and close to main roads and highways to drive to other towns and to the city of Barcelona. Ideal for studies, work, health, etc., because it is: - Less than a 5-minute walk from Granollers-Canovelles train station (Line R3 to Barcelona or Vic) and bus stops. - A 12-minute bus ride (L1) or a 32-minute walk from Granollers-Centre train station (Lines R2, R2N to Barcelona and R8 to Bellaterra). - Trains depart for downtown Barcelona every 30 minutes throughout the day, and the trip to downtown Barcelona takes approximately 55 minutes. - Downtown Granollers is a 19-minute walk away. - Supermarkets (Mercadona) and gyms are a 15-minute walk away. - At the Mercadona supermarket, you can shop online or in person, and they will bring your purchase home. - The Granollers Hospital is a 10-minute drive away. - It's close to main roads and highways for driving to other nearby towns, and a 38-minute drive to Barcelona city. There is easy and free street parking directly in front of the house, and you can also see your car from the terrace. The room rental price includes all expenses, and you won't have to pay anything else. The following expenses are included: water, electricity, gas, high-speed Internet (fiber optic and Wi-Fi), home insurance, community fees, waste disposal fee, property tax, and any other that may exist, always with reasonable consumption. VERY IMPORTANT: - We can only accept room rental requests when there is a real and justifiable reason other than leisure, tourism or vacation, such as: work, teleworking, courses, studies, internship, medical treatment, family reasons, religious reasons, emergency situations or other similar reasons. In any case, you will need to provide us with supporting documentation that proves the reason. - If you have any reason that you think might be valid, you can ask me and I will help you as much as possible. - But if the reason is for leisure, tourism or vacation, unfortunately, I will not be able to accept your request. - Additional information will be requested before accepting the request. - An identity card or passport will be requested, and a rental agreement will be drawn up for the use of the room and common areas, which will include the reason and supporting documents. - We give priority to medium- or long-term room rentals, preferably for 3 months or more, provided there is a real, verifiable temporary reason other than leisure, tourism or vacation. The duration may be extended if the temporary reason justifying the rental is maintained and proven. Important: - Before sending the request, you must read the house rules, which are posted at the end of this listing. Please do not submit the request until you have read them, and if you have any questions, you can ask me. - To arrange check-in, you'll need to specify an arrival time in advance, before 8pm, but no later. - We keep the house smoke-free, so smoking is not allowed, and moderate alcohol consumption is accepted only for those over 18 years of age, provided that it does not affect the coexistence or rest of other people. - You need to keep everything you use clean (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, etc.), and we will give you detailed instructions for this.
