Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, surrounded by beautiful views all around. We live just 15-20 minutes away from either downtown Logan and Utah State or Brigham City and the Wasatch Front, 10 minutes away from the Hyrum Reservoir and State Park, 20 minutes from Mantua Reservoir, 30 minutes from Porcupine Reservoir, and about 1 hour away from Bear Lake or Beaver Mountain Ski Area. We are also close to local hiking trails and some of the favorite biking roads in the area. The space This upstairs space has two bedrooms with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and room-darkening shades in each. It also includes a separate shared bathroom and a game room/kitchenette area. The kitchenette area has a microwave, hot water kettle, mini-fridge, and table with chairs, and is typically stocked with bottles of water, hot chocolate, herbal teas, and snacks of some sort. The game room also has comfy couches, a TV with Apple TV, and books, games, and puzzles for kids and adults alike. If you need additional space for small kiddos, the couches and the window seat in the game room have also been used for beds. I also have either a twin or queen sized blow-up air mattress that can be set up on the floor. Guest access Two parking spaces are available on site. One is on the cement pad to the right of the single car garage door, and the second one is on the cement pad to the left of the double car garage door. Guests can walk to the front porch area either across steppingstones in the lawn, or on the sidewalk. Guests access the home through the red door on the left end of the porch area using a keypad lock (24-hour self check-in), and then after shoes are dropped off in the shoe tray by the door (thank you!!! :-) ), it's a quick jaunt through the laundry room and kitchen to the stairs which lead to the upstairs guest space. During your stay My housemate and I both work at home, so I'm happy and generally available to answer questions if needed. We enjoy meeting and visiting with our guests but we also respect your privacy, so we leave the interaction frequency up to you to decide. :-)
