The house is furnished with interesting decor from 30 years spent overseas. 3 rooms available, with a total of 4 beds, and two bathrooms. Nearby MARC train line, visitors should expect to hear passing trains. Manager lives on-property in a separate building. The space This is an old house, built at the beginning of the 20th century. Expect an antique and rustic feel. The owner of the house spent her career overseas, and lots of the stuff in the house is from all over the world. We are about 100 yards from the historic Barnesville train station, with MARC train service to D.C., so please expect to hear the rumble of trains from time to time (we don't even hear it, but newcomers say it's loud!). Guest access You are welcome to go anywhere in the house, except for one storage room. The property is on 3 acres, with one other building where the bnb manager lives. Feel free to wander around and enjoy the yard and porch and deck. Other things to note Our house is walking distance from the MARC train, so commuters from DC could come without a car. The nearby train line does have traffic during the day and night, so don't be surprised when you hear it!
