There is also a BBQ area with an outdoor dining space for up to 10 people, perfect for enjoying meals together. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a comfortable living room. The kitchen is designed to be fully functional and practical, especially for those who enjoy cooking. The open-plan design creates a spacious, welcoming atmosphere that is ideal for spending quality time with loved ones. Upstairs from the living room, you’ll find a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, double bed, and armchair-bed, offering a garden view. Downstairs from the living room, you’ll find the other three bedrooms, located on the same level as the road. One of these has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms each feature two single beds that can be joined together. All three bedrooms are equipped with a 43-inch TV. In total, all bedrooms offer A/C, fans, blackout curtains, and a dressing table that can also serve as an office. The villa also features an additional bathroom on the floor with the three bedrooms. For those who want to stay active, the villa offers fitness equipment in the basement, including a treadmill, rowing machine, fitness mat, and a dumbbell base. Kindly note that the heated pool service is available from 1st April until 30th September. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to have the pool heated.
