The space The 72 mq accommodation is located on the ground floor of a period building (note a step at the entrance) and is divided into two levels: pay attention to the staircase leading to the mezzanine if you are traveling with small children. The internal space is composed as follows: *** Ground floor *** - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave; - Living room equipped with dining table, double sofa bed, split A/C and 50" smart TV with Netflix (NO antenna); - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C; - Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box *** Mezzanine floor *** - Bedroom with double bed, clothes stand, suitcase rack and split A/C; - Toilet with wc with hand shower and sink Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating, washing machine, dryer, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). ATTENTION: the area outside the entrance is under video surveillance for safety reasons. Guest access The whole apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
