This quiet, modern bolt hole is a 5 minute walk from the pretty village of Bibury - just down a quiet country lane - 1 minute by car. One large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds - plenty of room for all the family. Shower room with toilet. Living area with sofa, desk and TV (Netflix etc). Wifi is included. Please note that this apartment has limited cooking facilities. There is a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a fridge. There is no oven or hob. The space The property can be found behind the gates of the main house and is situated above a garage. The flat which will be exclusively your space consists of two main rooms, a living room and a bedroom. There is also a shower room and a modest kitchenette. The kitchenette has a fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and microwave. Plates, glasses, mugs etc are provided. There is a living room with a sofa, armchair, TV (using only online services with your own accounts) and a desk. The bedroom is large and accommodates up to 4 people in a double bed and two singles. Ideal for families and/or for those attending local weddings and needing a place to put their head down. As the ability to cook here is limited we are very fortunate to have many places locally to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. Details of all the great local eateries are in the house manual. Outside there is off-road parking for up to two cars. There is an outside table and chairs in the same area as the cars are parked. You are welcome to picnic in the neighboring field if the weather permits. Guest access The flat is accessed up 17 steps. The lawned area is not for guest use. Please stay in the graveled area where your car parking is. Other things to note There is a working farm yard over the road from the property. Very occasionally and mostly in late summer, there can be some noise from the yard during the harvest. It's pretty quiet the rest of the year. With this being a country setting there can occasionally be some insects such as flies. These are quite dependent on the weather conditions and on the whole are not an problem. The flat is above a garage that is used very occasionally. I am sorry but this property is not suitable for any kind of pets.
