You will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space located in the heart of North Arlington in Lyon Park. Just minutes from DC. Comfortable King Bed with a cozy living room and dinning room and a kitchen downstairs. Minutes from DC. Bus 42 and 77 stops nearby and and it's exactly one mile from Clarendon metro on the orange and silver line. Beautiful nature trail and capital bikeshare nearby. The space The private bedroom is located on the second floor of the house and requires the guest to use stairs. There is a private bathroom in the hallway. The house is old and the bathroom is on the smaller side and needs paint but everything works fine. Guest access You will be able to get in the house using the main entrance on the first floor that leads to the shared living room, dinning room, and kitchen. There is another airbnb suite on the third floor with their own bathroom. You will occasionally see other guests in the hallway or main entrance but you won't be sharing other spaces with them. Please clean up after yourself if you use the kitchen. If you have any major trash, there is a dumpster to the right of the house. It's black and says "Trash only" During your stay I will be away on a trip but can be reached via messaging Other things to note Please don't wear shoes in the house. The temp is set to 67F(in the winter) on the thermometer. There is a standing fan in the bedroom that you can use if needed. I have my stuff in the storage and closets, but i will make some space in the closet and leave instructions for using laundry.
