The 19 sq.m living-room, furnished with 2 easy-chairs, dining area, kitchen (equipped with stove, oven, odour retractor, sink, dish-washer, fridge, washing-machine) make a lovely warm atmosphere. The bedroom (11 sq.m) is at the rear of the apartment. Bathroom with bath-tub / shower, wash-basin, WC. The flat's terrace features an excellent shadowy place to eat and relax any time of the day. If you prefer a sunny place a bank with a table in front of the apartment allows to spend relaxing moments till the evening with a charming view on the garden, the swimming-pool and the tower. Double-bed (160 x 200 cm), central heating, TV, Wifi, non-smoking.
