Welcome to Villa Blue Oasis. A brand new tropical holiday home that is wonderfully on the wind and was renovated and refurbished in August 2023 with beautiful furniture, new box spring beds, air conditioners and stylish lounge options around the private swimming pool. Villa Blue Oasis is located in the luxury district "Punt Vierkant", close to the breathtaking ocean and the famous Delfins Beach Resort for a delicious lunch or dinner. The space Inside Villa Blue Oasis has 5 bedrooms (1 with sea views) and 3 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have ensuite bathrooms and a private balcony, 1 of which has a sea view. In all bedrooms you will find brand new furniture and lovely, spacious extra long box spring beds. Downstairs there is a spacious kitchen with cooking island, equipped with induction plate, dishwasher, American fridge with cooling element and ice maker and a large freezer. Behind the kitchen is a laundry room and a separate very spacious guest toilet. Everywhere in this villa you will find the cheerful Bonairian colors. The villa is stylishly finished with Bonairian art of driftwood and bamboo and all the windows are neatly equipped with screens. Inside, brand new air conditioners are installed, and in the living room, there are also ceiling fans. However, this villa is perfectly built on the wind, so you will experience the benefit of this, especially in the warmer months! Outdoor Soak up the tropical sun in the spacious swimming pool with a cooling drink (easy thanks to the luxurious system in the fridge), dip in a good book in the hammock or enjoy a delicious cocktail under the palapa cabana. There are several lounge areas created to offer the spacious swimming pool to also larger groups/friends/families with ample lounge possibilities. In the current photos, the custom-made lounge sofa cushions are not yet. In addition to this handmade lounge corner sofa, there is an extra large hammock, sunbeds by the pool, a double outdoor bed under the palapa and a spacious dining table. From Villa Blue Oasis, you can walk straight to the famous Delfins Beach Resort for a delicious breakfast, lunch, the beach or dinner. On Monday night, there is live music by the campfire, where you can walk. Bloozz Restaurant is also within walking distance for lunch, bites and dinner from Monday to Sunday. In addition to the daily specials of this restaurant, they also opened a pizzeria on Wednesday through Sunday with a delicious extensive pizza menu (also for take away). In addition, you can also walk from the villa to Dreamz Gym and the lovely nightlife Ocean Oasis is also around the corner! A brother and sister recently inherited the house from her late father and instead of selling the house (their first idea) they want others to enjoy this home their dad built as well. They completely refurbished it with new paint and fresh, new, stylish furniture everywhere. It has been finished in August 2023. We (Blue Pearls Bonaire) are going to rent it out for her. We have professional photos planned for August 31st. First floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 big guest toilet. The bathroom is inbetween the 2 bedrooms and the big guest toilet is right next to the big other bedroom downstairs. There is a new big green sofa with TV. Also a spacious and fully equipted kitchen with cooking island, painted in a nice bright aqua color, and the kitchen also has a dishwasher, big fridge with ice cube/cold water option and a big freezer. There is also a coolbox to take with you to the beach. Two bedrooms downstairs have doors to go to the garden. High ceilings with ceiling fans. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 has a stunning ocean view! Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and a private balcony. The first one is a small bedroom but stunning ocean view and the other one is a really big bedroom with a big balcony overlooking the tropical garden. Outside there is a big private pool, lots of tropical plants and palm trees and different lounge areas. A carpenter is working on a handmade lounge right now, there is a hammock, 2 sunbeds and a palapa with a cozy double bed to lounge outside. There is a dining area with private BBQ as well. All bedrooms have brand new airconditioners, everything is freshly painted inside and outside.
