Welcome to our cozy guesthouse in beautiful Västervik! This spacious one-room apartment has all the facilities needed and is located in a separate building on the plot where our own villa is located. The place is quiet, but within walking distance of the city center and the sea! Bed linen and towels are available and can be rented at a cost of SEK 100/set (1 set = sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels). If you wish to rent them, please let us know in good time. Kitchen towel and small towel in the bathroom are included. The space Upstairs in this guesthouse is this bright and fresh apartment. The accommodation is fully furnished, has a fully equipped fresh kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower. Double bed and sofa bed with room for two (140 cm). Travel bed and high chair for the little ones are available to borrow free of charge, just let us know when booking if you wish to borrow. Proximity to the sea, grocery store, restaurants and golf club. Quiet and peaceful location, but close to Västervik city center (about 10-15 minute walk). Guest access Access to laundry room, patio and barbecue. Kitchen towel and small towel in the bathroom are included in the rent. Outdoor areas and garden The accommodation has its own patio directly adjacent to the house. There you can sit outside, eat and relax, and the patio is at your disposal as guests during your stay. Please note that the rest of the garden belongs to our private residence and is not a common area that is part of the Airbnb property. Since our family lives on the same property, we want to be able to keep part of the outdoor area as our private space, while our guests have their own outdoor area adjacent to the accommodation. Therefore, any use of other parts of the garden is only possible by arrangement with us as hosts. We hope this creates a pleasant and respectful environment where both our guests and our family can feel at home and have their own private space.
