Ideal Lodgings is proud to present our stylish home away from home. Which is located within a short drive to Radcliffe and is easily commutable to Manchester. Our home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay with us. *LONGER STAYS WELCOME** The space Proud to present our three bedroom stylish townhouse comes with ample parking; plus additional free street parking. There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area to the rear of the house with everything you need to feel at home overlooking the private garden. A smart TV and fast WIFI in the lounge with stairs leading to the first floor where you will find a king bedroom, single bedroom and a twin room. The family bathroom can be found on this floor too. Which has a shower over the bath. Guest access Self check in and check out service – Note Check in after 22.00 will not have access to customer services to assist in check in so please ensure you have everything ahead of arrival. Upon booking you will be asked for your email address so that we can send the check in information over to you. If you are new to Airbnb or do not have a 5 star rating you will be asked to complete an additional set of terms and conditions and provide ID and pre authorise a £200 security deposit. You have access to the full property throughout your stay. Free Onsite driveway parking Other things to note Minimum booking age of lead guest is 21 Early/late check in/out requests can be accommodated, where possible; upon prior request for a small charge. Please get in touch to arrange. Absolutely no parties, no smoking, no vaping in the property. You will be asked to leave and will not be provided a refund for the remainder of your stay. When departing the property please remember to take all belongings with you.
