The house is 3 km from Caravelas Beach, 7 km from the Extra supermarket, 8 km from Geribá Beach and 12 km from Rua das Pedras. The space The house has two standard suites that can accommodate up to 5 people, two in the double beds, two adults on the mattress and one child. Master suite with king size bed and two single beds, with space to place mattresses. We do not provide bed linen or bath towels, but if you need bed linen, I charge separately per room, please advise in advance, preferably at the end of the reservation. I have some mattresses to offer. The movie theater has an L-shaped sofa that can be used for sleeping, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, 8k TV. @casas_thome offers a large balcony with a gourmet area. Sauna and swimming pool exclusively for guests. We have a fee for electricity consumption and a full cistern and another 5,000 liters. Condominium with complete security. And two single mattresses. 3rd BEDROOM (master suite): It has a queen size double bed, two single beds, 4K TV with SKY HDTV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and private bathroom and planned cabinets. In addition to the three en-suite bathrooms, there is a half-bath and a pool bathroom. It also has a steam sauna. The living room has a three-seater sofa and two armchairs, and a coffee table. Great for that delicious afternoon coffee! 8K TV Room: It has a sofa for up to 6 people, with a smart TV, access to: YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, Prime Video, Globoplay, Telecine, HBO, among others. We have split air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. Full kitchen: 5-burner stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, food processor, sandwich maker, pots, platters, pots, 60-LITER GAS OVEN, trays, glasses, cutlery, cups, a 6-seater table, cabinets and sink with countertop. Service area with a sink. Gourmet area: With barbecue grill (grill and barbecue kit), oven and wood-burning stove (three burners. The others should be parked on the street in front of the house. We provide some pillows. We DO NOT provide bed linen and bath towels. NOTES 1) The energy consumption in the period used will be charged in other notes; 2) The use of loud sounds is expressly prohibited, including during the day, and a fine may be imposed by the condominium, which will be the responsibility of the guests. Other things to note Your energy consumption will NOT be included in the daily rate, there will be a charge per kwh CONSUMED. Other things to note We charge for electricity, to encourage conscientious use. We always give a discount at checkout. When the cistern is full, we only charge for replenishment during the stay. There is a schedule for putting garbage in the trash can. We do not provide bath towels or bed linens. A fee is charged only for the beds.
