It also includes a utility room with a washing machine and a generous 70m² living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. From there, a staircase leads to the 30m² balcony and the pool terrace. The lower apartment features 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a utility room with a washing machine. It also offers a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the pool terrace, and the cactus garden. The spacious pool can be heated upon request (free of charge). A large gas grill in the protected patio adjacent to the terrace invites you to unforgettable barbecue evenings on the wind-sheltered pool terrace.
