The Heated Pool & Deck is shared with the 6 suites in the building. This unit is great for couples, solo adventurers, snowbirds & business travelers. Very close to the Wilton Drive Restaurants and Clubs! A 10 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach! The space There are 6 Luxury One Bedroom Fully Furnished Apartment Suites in the Building. All of the units have their own private outdoor garden terrace with table and chairs and a lounge chair. The entire property is beautifully lit at night with landscape lighting. Units 1, 2,3, have Queen beds and Units 4, 5, 6, have King beds. Guest access The front doors of the units operate with a 4 digit number code that will be the last four digits of your phone number. The code is changed each time a guest departs. Other things to note Inside the Apartment, Outside Deck, Pool Deck area there is absolutely NO Smoking, NO Marijuana, NO Drug use, NO Vaping. Sorry for such strict rules, but the problem is the smells linger and stay in the apartment and it is impossible for us to remove the smells. If it is determined that there has been smoking, marijuana, drug use, vaping on the property a $500.00 charge will be assessed.
