This is where new and mid-century character come together for a beautiful stay. 5 min from UNB AND STU. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath and many upgrades. This is a two-unit home on the hill. Parking available for 2 cars and laundry is also available. The space We are still currently under renovation in the basement apartment. We will not be working but may have to come in or out, in the back entrance for supplies. Please note that we are doing our best while this project is taking place. Guest access You will be using the top part of the house. please use the front door. Laundry is through the kitchen to the shared back entrance.
