At 1320 sq ft, this apartment accommodates 6 people comfortably. Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, in a building that was once a former post office & general store (now an antique store on the first floor). - There are two bedrooms on the main floor on the second level - The 3rd floor vaulted loft features 2 twin beds, a powder room, and a workspace/desk area. - A charming fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances including electric range, dishwasher, counter depth fridge, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy complementary coffee, tea, sugar and creamer - Washer and dryer are located in the main bathroom on the 2nd floor. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels are provided - Private backyard & paved driveway with parking for 2 cars - Relax and enjoy a sneak peek of the harbor from the primary bedroom dining room and backyard at the end of a busy day! Guest access There are 2 off-street parking spots in the private driveway. Additional parking on street is available. Self -check-in/ keypad locks. Code will be provided before your stay Guests must use stairs to get into the apartment. There is an antique store on the first floor, you will use the door to the left of the shop to access the private main living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd & 3rd levels. This historic home has its quirks including a steep and winding staircase up to the 3rd-floor loft and powder room. Free high-speed WiFi. Netflix, Hulu, Prime and other streaming Apps are loaded on the TVs and are accessible with guests' own accounts Other things to note This is a historic home with quirks including a steep and narrow staircase to the 3rd floor. Use caution. Tall people, watch your head when coming through the doorway leading to the loft. While kids are welcome, parents please note that this space is not child-proof. There are steep stairs and a stand-up shower. No tub. The windows on the front of the house are original and will require instructions to maneuver. These instructions will be available on-site in our welcome book. This property is located in the heart of downtown across from local bars and waterfront restaurants ( with live bands). You will be in the center of it all and experience the energy first hand. During holidays like the Fourth of July, the town is buzzing!
