Houses 7 guests.The space is peaceful, central, only 1 1/2 hr from major ski resorts,42 min. to Red Rocks Park, few blocks from light rail, 1/2 mile from Swedish Medical Center,20 min. to down town, 1 hr to Colorado Spring, fully equipped kitchen (2 portable burners, 2 burner each and oven) Guests are welcome to use upstairs stove and oven if you need additional appliances at reasonable hours, back yard is beautiful and Zen, free parking, safe neighborhood, on site laundry, HDMI cord available, The space Rooms are spacious, lots of light, TV is huge, If you come in summer time the back yard and front yard is full of flowers, which make it beautiful to hang out in the back yard. Great space for family gathering. Guest access The space is private and has separate entrance. There is a storage room with cleaning supplies which will be locked. I am very accessible since I live upstairs. Other things to note Please remember you are staying in my home and not a hotel, so treat the space with respect.
