Home in Cleveland

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our updated, centrally-located home. We are 20 minutes to the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals and Case Western Reserve. 10 minutes to Cleveland Hopkins Airport and Baldwin Wallace. I-480 is a stone's throw-as well as shopping, restaurants and a movie theater all in walking distance. We are located on a red brick road in Cleveland's historic Old Brooklyn Neighborhood. We offer a fully fenced in yard-perfect for kids and pets to run! The space Newly updated 2 bedroom/1 bath home with a fully fenced in yard! Our home is a ranch style home, with only one step to get inside. Once inside there are no steps or uneven flooring to navigate, making every area easily accessible for most. We offer a king sized bed, tv with fire stick, and work station in bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 comes with a full sized daybed and twin trundle to comfortably sleep 2 (or three kids). Our living room offers a futon that pulls out into a full sized bed and another TV equipped with a fire stick, games, books and dining room table that can seat up to 6. We provide a full sized washer and dryer for your use and are fully stocked with cleaning supplies, linens, toiletries and kitchen supplies. We believe no one should have to bring their own rolls of toilet paper on vacation! We have a pack n play with bassinet and high chair always in the house. However, we also have a mini crib and stroller available for your use-please let us know before your stay so we can make sure it’s in the unit before your arrival. We hope this home will provide a safe, clean and inviting space for you, your family and even your dog! Guest access Guests have access to all of the spaces except the garage and locked supply closet inside the home. Other things to note If you are planning on bringing pets, please ensure that they are cleaned up after in the house and yard. There are rags in the utility room for muddy paws 🐾. We also ask if your dog is a chewer, please keep an eye on them around the furniture, etc… Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the house. You are free to smoke in the backyard. Please discard cigarette butts appropriately. Just an FYI - our landscaper may show up while you are there. Please park far enough away from the back gate that he can get his equipment in the back yard and secure your pets in the house when he arrives, no worries-he is quick! There is a chance that we will also show up to take the garbage out on Wednesday nights and bring the cans in on Thursday. Please park far enough away from the back gate that we can access the trash bins and move them around your vehicle. If you prefer to take the trash out yourself, please let us know. We like to be cognizant of your privacy! We have a ring camera/doorbell at our front door and side door. No other recording devices are on the premises inside or outside.
