Located on 5 acres surrounded by 50 acres of paddocks with the convenience of being in a central location just 2 mins from Armstrong Creek Main St Shops, 15 mins from Geelong and Torquay; being the start of the Great Ocean Road. Comfortable and private, a relaxed country retreat The space Large bedrooms, multiple living spaces and entertainment areas as well as plenty of room surrounding the homestead to roam as you please gives you the option of socialising with all your friends and family and being able to retreat away to your own space to relax Guest access Feel free to use the homestead and surrounding areas as you please all off limit areas are marked with signage Other things to note If you are planning to have an event such as a birthday celebration, bucks/hens night or any celebration with numbers exceeding the allowed limit of guests that is absolutely fine, I have accumulated some Fantastic friendly and fun contacts that are able to provide just about anything you might require on your stay from food catering, live DJs to play at your event, karaoke, party lights , big sound systems , chartered transport for pick ups and drop offs to any venue or airport if required as well as any adult entertainment you request! ( if you require any of these services or have any specific/special requests or requirements the more notice I have to arrange any services you request the greater the likelihood of it happening) I am a pretty relaxed person and want everyone to have a fantastic fun time whilst on your stay! In the case you would like to host an event that exceeds the 16 person capacity limit advertised for 1 or more of the days on your stay you will be required to agree and abide by the following rules as well as signing a leagal waiver that declares you take full financial responsibility for any damage caused including any financial loss caused by every one who attends the event including guests invited as well as unexpected guests who were not invited (it will be you or your security’s responsibility to remove them from the property if they’re not welcome or deny entry to the property ) • Inform me the maximum number of guests you are expecting to attend (you will need to provide private professional security for larger groups depending on circumstances) • At least 2days notice minimum (preferably as much time as possible ) prior to the event staring • Clean up and remove any waste or rubbish left behind after the event • it is your choice to notify authorities of the event or not but should they arrive at any time during the event for any reason it’s your responsibility to ensure they’re requests are acknowledged if reasonable and abided by if lawful by all present on the premises! • Any disrespectful behaviour from guests that deliberately and knowingly causes damage to or misuses/mistreats anything at the homestead or the surrounding property will not be tolerated under no circumstance and is to be removed along with any of there personal belongings immediately from the property by yourself or your provided security personnel for the remaining duration of your stay and you alone will take full responsibility for any damages or financial loss caused! We have had many events here in the past, all that have been very successful with minimal disruption or damage and the homestead has been left in great condition for future guests to enjoy as well !
