Pool and Gym Information Our pool and gym are conveniently located on the 9th floor. To access these areas, please return to the 2nd-floor lobby and request assistance from the lobby guard for entry. Pool and Gym Rates Complimentary Access: Guests staying 5 nights or more enjoy free access to the pool and gym for up to 5 people. Short Stay Access: For guests staying less than 5 nights, there is a one-time fee of ₱150 per person to enjoy the pool. If you need any more help, feel free to contact the front desk. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Other things to note Parking Pay parking - 200 per night. This is a self-check-in property. Check-in instructions will be sent after confirming your bookings. We will be asking each adult's guests valid id for building admin purposes. Because of this: • You may occasionally hear normal city sounds or light traffic noise, especially during peak hours. • The building is located near a Catholic church, and on Sundays or special church events, church bells or mass activities may be heard at certain times. Many guests love the convenience of being close to Abreeza Mall and nearby establishments, but we like to share this information so expectations are clear. 🏊 Pool & Building Maintenance The building occasionally undergoes scheduled maintenance to keep facilities in good condition. • Pool renovation or maintenance may occur from time to time. Renovation works are already planned, but exact dates are still to be announced by building management. • Elevator servicing or temporary issues may occasionally happen as part of normal building operations. Please note that these building-related matters are managed by the condominium administration and are outside of our direct control. We truly appreciate your understanding. 🌏 Earthquake Awareness & Safety Davao City is generally considered a safe and low-risk area for major natural disasters; however, like many parts of the Philippines, minor earthquakes may occasionally be felt. Food & Cooking Guidelines Davao is famous for its delicious durian, and we understand many guests would like to enjoy this local specialty during their stay — bringing durian inside the unit is not allowed. To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that cooking or bringing strongly pungent or long-lasting odor foods (such as dried fish or similar items) inside the unit be avoided.
