We are 2 mins walk from Elgin/Waverley intersection Other things to note INCONVENIENCE: Just a quick heads-up: there is some construction happening at a neighboring property during the day. While it’s temporary, there may be occasional noise or minor inconvenience. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience, and we’re here to ensure your stay remains as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. PARKING: There is 1 dedicated parking spot available on the property. There is also free 1 hour parking from 7am to 7pm daily on the street in front of the building. ACCESSIBILITY: The unit is apart of a duplex and is on the second floor. It will require you to take a flight of stairs. COOLING: In summer, we have a single window unit in the living room. HEATING: Most of the unit has radiant heating, you don’t have access to the thermostat to customize the temperature in the bedrooms or living room. In the dining/washroom, we have electric heat, with wall mounted thermostats that can be adjusted. WINDOWS COVERINGS: King room has curtains, all other areas have cordless blinds.
