Located in the gated residential community of Grand Sirenis Resort, and right in the middle of the Mayan Riviera, "Villa Arrecife" boasts a spectacular ocean view, easy access to the private residential beach, 6 spacious suites with large comfortable beds, private balconies and 5.5 bathrooms. A rooftop terrace, large covered terraces that spill out to the in ground private pool and sun deck, an inviting open concept living area, and a gourmet kitchen complete this tropical paradise. The space Entire villa and casita for guest's private use, featuring 6 private suites, 5.5 bathrooms, a private inground pool, rooftop and poolside patios, BBQ area, cenote, private parking out the front, and much more! Guest access Guests have full use of the entire property while staying at Villa Arrecife. A couple of days prior to arrival, guests will be sent the code for the electronic lock, along with a welcome package explaining things in greater detail, as well as places to visit! Other things to note A Housekeeper will be available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. She will clean the inside of the villa, wash dishes tidy all the rooms, and make beds, so you don't have to! On the days that the Housekeeper isn't available, there is dish washing equipment below the kitchen sink, along with extra garbage bags. There are also brooms located beside the fridge and by the BBQ area for guest use.
