Description
Situated in the heart of Capestang, a lively village on the Canal du Mid, with restaurants, shops, cafes and twice weekly market. This large, spacious old French property Villa Quinlan has three separate rental units. The space The largest house, Le Manoir, has accommodation provided over 3 floors. The top floor has 1 double en suite and 3 twin rooms (1 en suite, 2 twins share 3rd bathroom) The middle floor has 2 large double rooms, both having ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a dressing room with cot. In the spacious sitting room with comfy sofas are a TV, (UK channels only)DVD player and a music centre. There is also a wood burning stove. There is a modern kitchen and large dining room. It is also possible to rent the other property, The Vigneron - also over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, the kitchen and a shower room / toilet. The first floor houses the living room and the fun "Couve" bedroom. This room has a small ladder leading to an old couve which can hold 4 single mattresses. There is also a cot for a baby. The top floor has the double en-suite bedroom. the pool is available for guests at Le Manoir and Le Vigneron. Please ask at the time of your enquiry if you would like pricing for the extra accommodation. Outside is a large, gated courtyard, whilst to the side is a secluded patio garden with pool (9m x 4.5m and 1.2m deep). The pool is in use from 13/04/2024 - middle of October. (shared by guests at Le Vigneron maximum 8 guests) POOL TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED! There is also a BBQ, summer kitchen with drinks fridge, shower, cloakroom, table tennis and lots of teak garden furniture for relaxing. The church behind is lit at night and proves a wonderful backdrop to dinner! The pretty garden has been planted with scented flowers including jasmine. There is also a baby vine, olive and small orange trees. Other things to note POOL OPENS 15/04/2025 CLOSES MID OCTOBER 2025
