The full kitchen has everything you would need to cook, bake, and serve 4 guests dining at the bar seats at the kitchen counter and seats around the coffee table. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire property, including 4 off-street parking spots. The electronic locks ensure easy self-check-in any time, and lockboxes with physical keys are available in case of battery issues. The neighborhood is extremely safe and was given the lowest crime rating possible. Other things to note To maximize your comfort, this home receives monthly interior and exterior preventative pest treatments by Orkin and quarterly HVAC inspections/servicing to ensure everything goes smoothly throughout your stay. Animals are allowed when added to the reservation in advance. Please understand that my cleaning team charges an additional cleaning fee due to the additional time needed to deep clean after animals so this cost will be passed on to guests.
