Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING flats, located on the first floor with a private lift, guarantees maximum comfort, independence and privacy. You will have two spacious and totally independent flats at your disposal. In short: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 sofa beds. Ideal for family groups of up to 8 people. Flat 1: The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances , independent laundry and everything you need to make you feel at home. Its open concept design merges with a spacious living-dining room, a bar with high stools and a pleasant glass window bathes the space in warm natural light. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy company, and at night, the sofa converts into a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The bathroom has double access from both the bedroom and the living room, allowing for independent use. In the bedroom, dreamy nights await you thanks to the comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and the careful design will transport you to the experience of a luxurious five-star hotel. Flat 2: The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances, allowing you to feel at home. Its open concept design blends seamlessly with the spacious living and dining area. At night, the living room transforms to provide you with the comfort of a large double bed, guaranteeing you sweet dreams and a restful sleep. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom provides a luxurious accommodation experience, with high-end finishes that will make you feel as if you are in a five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. The lighting in the flats has been carefully designed and controlled to create different atmospheres. Guest access The independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING flats, located on the first floor with private lift, guarantees you maximum privacy, comfort and independence. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons and other than tourist use. In order to formalise the reservation, it will be necessary to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation that accredits the reason for the stay. When you arrive at the apartment, I will greet you in person. Free check-in takes place from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key delivery. The check-in hours are until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to receive you in person and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the apartment. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the apartment. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the apartment (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Please take out the garbage every day, especially during the summer months. There are garbage cans on each floor of the building. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the reservation is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the reservation. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CUSTOMER. In case you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be picked up at a location other than the accommodation.
