The terrace invites you to sunbathe and watch the waves. The room is spacious and comfortable, giving you an unbeatable rest after a day in the sun. The gentle waves of the sea will accompany you on restful nights. Other things to note Rules: 1. Smoking inside the house is not allowed 2. If the property is in very poor cleanliness after check-out, beyond what a courteous guest would leave. Example: Excess garbage in the cans, stains on the floor, dirty walls, sand in the house or bathrooms, a $45 surcharge will be applied. 3. Visitors who are not on the reservation are not allowed. 4. Infants, children, young people, and pets are all welcome, but each must be specified in the reservation. 5. No more than 7 people can sleep in the house. 6. Avoid bringing sand into the house or pool a) Smoking inside the house $200 b) For leaving after check-out time, an additional $30 will be charged per extra hour c) If you bring unannounced visitors or guests, a $25 surcharge per person will be charged. If we see that the number of people is excessive, we can cancel your reservation d) If you bring a pet you must announce it and accept the rules for pets.
