The space Welcome to Villa of Golden Light where you will find a peaceful private oasis with a vineyard surrounded by fields of sunflowers (during the summer months). There are magnificent views of the rolling hills of Tuscany and ancient hilltop villages from each window. Over the past year, the villa had extensive renovations, adding air-conditioning to the dining room, TV/Family room and game room. In addition, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa has two private apartments with separate private entrances and the three additional suites. The two private apartments: - One is a two-bedroom one bath with a kitchenette and fireplace. The first bedroom has a queen size bed for two guest and the second bedroom has two twin size beds for two guests. This apartment is located on the first (not ground) floor accessible by a private exterior staircase. It has amazing views of the rolling hills of Tuscany on three sides of the apartment. - The second apartment also has a kitchenette. It has a large single bedroom with a king size Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress. The apartment also has a sleeper sofa than can sleep two additional guests. The apartment has direct access to the garden and pool area. Also it has direct access to the main dining room, TV room and game room. The three suites: In the main part of the villa on the first floor there are three additional suites accessible by the interior staircase from the TV room. - The first suite has a large bedroom with a king size bed overlooking the courtyard. The newly renovated large bathroom has a spacious standup shower, toilet/bidet, and LED lighting. - The second suite has two bedrooms and one very large exquisite bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and overlooks the garden/pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined into a king bed, if desired. It also overlooks the garden/pool area with magnificent views of Tuscany. The newly renovated bathroom is extremely large with a spacious glass enclosed walk-in shower, a beautiful deep soaking bathtub, and toilet/bidet. - The third suite has a single bedroom with a queen size bed. It also has a newly renovated bathroom with a spacious glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and toilet/bidet. - The air-conditioned/heated TV/Family room features a large 85 inch (216cm) smart TV with a Sonos theater surround sound system. The smart TV can connect to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, Discovery+ and many other apps that you can connect to with your own account. The TV/Family room also features the original hearth/fireplace dating back to 1740. - The air-conditioned game room has a pool/ping pong table, a table for playing cards/board games and a desk with a small workplace and printer. - The air-conditioned dining room has a large well-appointed space great for enjoying meals with the family. The large beautiful table has chairs for eight people, but additional chairs can be added upon request. - Excellent Tuscan wines are available for purchase. - Breakfast is included.
