Welcome to Puchong! A beautiful Superlink with Private Pool & 3 Jacuzzi located in Puchong. The villa is conceptualized & designed as homes with unparalleled luxury features. Besides having large spaces & double volume hall that transcends the floor areas, the unit is equipped with entertainment area, karaoke, games & many more. The living hall is accessible to a lush greenery alley at the back of the villa. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun & gatherings! The space BBQ Grille, Kitchen Equipment are free to be used, just ensure to clean up after use and return to it's original place will do. Parking - The homestay car porch with gated closed can fit up to 4 cars while in front of the house can fit up to 2 cars. Do ensure that all cars are pre-registered, unregistered vehicles will be denied entry. Guest access The rate on Airbnb is for normal accommodation up to 16 pax only. We will have extra charges for below events. Kindly communicate with the host first. - Guests more than 16 pax (overnight or not overnight), birthday party, event, wedding, canopy, catering, lok lok car, event decoration, video shooting, company event, team building & etc. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT - Check-in after 3pm, Check-out before 11am. Do let us know in advance on your estimated time of arrival. - We charge RM100 hourly for late check-out - We do self check-in for all guests. A passcode will be provided before the guest arrive. Guest can enter the house using the passcode provided. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - No shoes within the house. - No drugs, gambling & any illegal activities. - No smoking indoor. (Extra cleaning fee will be charged for removing the odour. RM1000 - RM1500.) - Additional mattress available upon request at RM 30 per person. Do advise 2 days prior to arrival day. Last minute request is subject to additional transport surcharge at RM50 per trip. - Please clean the kitchen and wash used dishes / cooking equipment after use. Extra cleaning fee might be applied if dishes / pots are not wash. - Extra cleaning fee will be charged if the premise is too messy with lots of leftover foods, drinking bottles, beer cans, BBQ stuffs, after party / event decorative items, etc. - Extra cleaning fee will be charged if the bed linens or towels been found tough dirt / stains / make-up. We might charge a cleaning fee or a replacement fee. - Keep your voice down 10pm – 9am - No adhesive allowed to be sticked on the wall. Should the wall found damaged due to stickers / double sided tape etc, a repaint fee will be imposed. - Kindly take good care for everything in the premise. Cost for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly if found any damage. - All guests are solely responsible for the safety and the safekeeping of their belongings. The host has no liabilities or whatsoever with regards to guest’s belongings. - Check-in after 3pm, Check-out before 11am - Late check-out, we charge RM100/hour - Check-out: Kindly close all the windows & doors, off all the electricity, and then inform the host u check-out.
