Located in the historic centre of Bardolino, well-known town of southern Lake Garda, the flat Il Borgo 48 is located in a vibrant neighbourhood full of shops, minimarkets, restaurants and cafés. The lakeside promenade and the harbour, from where ferries leave for beautiful excursions on the lake, are only 400 metres away. The space The apartment is spread across multiple floors, starting from the ground floor entrance which features a convenient wardrobe and immediately leads to the stairs towards the living room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, satellite TV and air conditioning, a table for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and pantry. A wooden staircase allows access to the first bedroom (no a/c) with a spacious wardrobe and an adjacent windowed bathroom complete with shower box. Further up is a second bedroom with two sofa beds, a fitted attic wardrobe and air conditioning. Adjacent to this space is the second bathroom with a bathtub and a very convenient washing machine. Going down a few steps, you reach the master suite with parquet flooring, satellite TV, wardrobe (no a/c) and overlooking the green municipal park of Bardolino. Il Borgo 48 is a typical ground-to-roof apartment with classic characteristics of historic centre houses. Each room is positioned on a different floor, therefore to move from one room to another it is necessary to walk through the bedrooms which do not have doors separating them. For this reason, we recommend the stay for family groups who are not seeking privacy. Available to guests is a very convenient parking space in the garage just 40 metres away. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. We recommend the Il Borgo 48 apartment for young people or dynamic family groups who wish to have all comforts and services within reach without the need for a car. Due to the many stairs, we do not recommend the apartment for families with small children or guests with mobility difficulties. Compulsory tourist tax to be paid cash/by card at the arrival.
