We welcome you to our cottage located in Le Pinet in Saugues, a rural commune in the heart of the Margeride, on the way to Saint Jacques de Compostelle. Culminating at 1000 m, we enjoy a pleasant climate in summer with hot days and cool nights. The calm that reigns in the village will allow you to fully recharge your batteries with family or friends and you will be charmed by the direct proximity to nature. The absence of mosquitoes is a plus for your peace of mind. The space The 75 m² cottage, ideal for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6 guests, renovated in 2023, classified 3-star tourist cottage includes: - One bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm x 200 cm - One bedroom with 1 double bed 140 cm x 200 cm High-quality bedding - A living room with sofa bed, LED TV - A fully equipped kitchen: convection/pyrolysis oven, 3-burner induction stove, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, multifunction food processor, washing machine - Bathroom with large walk-in shower, heated towel rail - A toilet with hand basin - A 250 m² independent garden with picnic table, garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors and a barbecue on a 12 m² terrace - WiFi (very high speed fiber optic) - A crib (baby bed) Brochures presenting local activities as well as hikes are at your disposal. Linens are included in the price Optional bath towels on request (€8 for 2 people) To get to the cottage when you arrive in Saugues at the roundabout, head towards "Le Malzieu", 500 m further on, turn left at the fork towards "Grezes". Travel 250 m on this road and turn left "le pinet". 1.5 km after a long climb at the crossroads turn left towards le pinet. At the entrance of the village the cottage is immediately on the right. Guest access You have free access through a separate entrance to the garden and the entire cottage. Two parking spaces are reserved for you. A key box allows for self check-in.
