This can vary depending on how much rain has fallen. -Main house is 686 sq ft -2nd house is 480 sq ft -We are just a 6-7 min drive to Meijer & Walmart -We are a 7 min drive to downtown Petoskey! The main house: You will enter into the kitchen and dining area of the main house with the queen immediately to the left. To the right past the kitchen is the laundry room and bathroom. The living room is straight after entering the house. This home is 686 sq ft. with views of Walloon Lake  The 2nd Cottage: You will enter a short hallway with the queen bedroom on your right and the full bathroom on your left. As you continue straight, you will enter the dining/kitchen area with the living room adjacent to it. You can enjoy some views of Walloon Lake on the back deck and you can walk down the steps to the lower backyard where you and the whole family will have plenty of room for corn hole, building a fire in the fire pit for s'mores as well as accessing the dock to enjoy million dollar sunsets on the waters of Walloon Lake! This cottage is 480 sq ft. Guest access Guests will have access to the House on top of the hill and to the lake; guests will not have access to the garage. Other things to note *Guests will need to walk down stairs to Walloon Lake from the house; stairs do not have railings. *Boat Rental Available! We can deliver a 2025 Tahoe Tri-toon right to the dock. This 25' Tri-toon can fit up to 14 people with a powerful 200hp Suzuki motor. Ask for more info
