In my home, (3 bedroom, 1 bath), I have a quiet, private room and a shared bathroom. There's a queen bed, desk area, and closet with some hangers. I have really great weekly rates and monthly rates. I have hosted exchange students, interns, contractors and many other guests. If you need the room for weeks, but will not need it for part of the time, like you’ll be going home on weekends or something, let me know and we can work out a good deal for you Not too far outside the city limits of beautiful Idaho Falls, I have a private room in a cute, comfortable house. There is lots of on street parking, with very light traffic on this road. In the room, there's a nice queen bed with clean, luxurious 100% cotton sheets, fluffy pillows, and plush comforter. There is a desk area with an ethernet cable hook up if you need it, a 42 inch TV with an HDMI cord to plug into your laptop. It's a smart TV so you can also screen mirror your phone. The wifi it is 30 Mbps, and 35 Mbps when connected to the direct ethernet cable in the room. There is a closet with hangers. The blackout curtains are great if you need or want to sleep in. There is a baseboard heater in the room. We have a shared bathroom. I have an inside cat, Oliver, who will probably stay hidden in the beginning, but he will eventually come out and tell you that he runs this place. He is not allowed in that room so even people with allergies say that they are fine. You'll have access to your private room and shared bathroom. There is a kitchen and dining area, with limited use. I have a backyard and deck, you now, when it’s not covered in snow. I do not have on site guest laundry at this time, but there's a laundromat less than 2 miles away. In the kitchen, there is fridge space and cupboard space available for you. There is room for your things in the bathroom. I have a hair dryer and everything you might need for the bathroom, just in case you forget something. I have clean towels for you and I will wash them for you. For the guest staying a week or more, I will have your sheets washed for you as well. There is a 12inch box fan in the room. I have a dehumidifier and a humidifier. If you need something, I might have it or I could possibly get it for you. If I’m not at the house, I can be reached via text or phone call. Cloverdale neighborhood is located just outside of Idaho Falls city limits and Ammon city limits. It's lit pretty well with street lights, there is one right out in front of the house. My street is super quiet. There is plenty of on street parking, just give the mailbox a few feet. Easy directions: From Idaho Falls, if you head east on 1st St, turn left on Ladino, and turn right on Dixie, you'll reach my house on the left.
