Welcome to Tvarožná, a quiet part of the village of Bobrovník, where the silence of nature is combined with many opportunities for active relaxation. Our cottage is an ideal place for families, friends and larger groups looking for comfortable accommodation in one of the most beautiful regions of Slovakia – Liptov. The cottage is located in a quiet environment with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. A large, completely fenced plot provides plenty of privacy and a safe space for children. Parking for 3 cars is right next to the property. The space The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 11 people in 3 separate bedrooms: • Bedroom No. 1: 1 double bed + 2 single beds • Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 2 single beds • Bedroom 3: 1 double bed + bunk bed There is 1 bathroom with toilet upstairs and 1 separate toilet with washing machine downstairs, which ensures comfort even for larger groups. The cottage includes a large, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace with a playground, ideal for socializing or barbecuing. A pleasant atmosphere throughout the year is also offered by the spacious heated conservatory, which is a great place to relax regardless of the weather. Electric heating or a solid fuel stove, which creates a cozy mountain atmosphere, will provide warmth. In the common room with the stove, there is also a foosball table for even more relaxation and fun. Of course, there is free Wi-Fi and a TV with Magio TV. For perfect relaxation, there is an outdoor hot tub where you can relax after an active day – in complete silence, under the open sky. (separate surcharge) Animals are allowed after consultation for a separate fee. Guest access Guests use the entire property in privacy, both indoors and outdoors. Other things to note Around the cottage you will find many attractions and opportunities for relaxation and entertainment throughout the year: 🌊 Liptovská Mara – just a few minutes from the cottage you will find one of the largest water areas in Slovakia. Liptovska Mara provides wonderful opportunities for natural swimming, fishing or peaceful walks along the shore. Water lovers will enjoy themselves here. ⛵ Marina Liptov – in the summer season it is a place where comfort meets active relaxation. In the modernly equipped center, you can indulge in fitness, wellness and massages, enjoy the restaurant or choose from a rich offer of water sports. Boat and water bike rental is also available, so adventure on the water is guaranteed. 🐑 Bobrovník Sheepfold – for lovers of traditional Liptov culture and local specialties. ⛷️ Skiing in Jasná and Ružomberok - winter sports enthusiasts will love Jasná - Low Tatras, one of the best Slovak ski resorts. You will also find skiing opportunities for all skill levels in Ružomberok. 🏊 Swimming and relaxing - after an active day you can enjoy fun in the Tatralandia water park with lots of slides, swimming pools and a wellness area. For lovers of thermal waters, the Bešeňová thermal swimming pool is an ideal place, which offers thermal pools with healing water and relaxation zones. ❄️ Demänovská Ice Cave – a unique natural gem of Slovakia, where you can discover the beauty of underground ice and incredible formations. 🌲 Prosiecka and Kvačianska valleys – two beautiful valleys with sidewalks and hiking trails that will take you to the heart of the Liptov nature.
