The Falcon's Nest, cozy room in Niederehe

Quiet and natural accommodation. Here you can relax and unwind. Located directly on the Eifelsteig, not far from the Nürburgring, in a very rural, quiet village with 420 inhabitants. Surrounded by meadows, fields and forests in the heart of the beautiful Volcanic Eifel. The space The cozy and spacious room is on the 2nd floor of the house (!!!The shared bathroom is not located on the same floor!!!). It features a large double bed, as well as a sofa bed with a sleeping area of 80 x 200 cm (2.6 x 6.6 ft). In the room, a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee pods and various types of tea are available free of charge. There is also underfloor heating, which can be controlled via a thermostat in the room. The bathrooms are on the ground floor (bathroom with toilet, sink and shower) and in the basement (toilet and sink). The bathrooms are shared by two guest rooms. The bathrooms are cleaned 3 times a week, so always leave the bathrooms as clean as possible; other guests will want to use them too. My husband, our three cats and I also live in the house. Other things to note The nearest charging station for electric cars is 450 meters from our house. Arrival by public transit: A lot has happened here recently, and thanks to new bus routes and the RufBus system (the RufBus must be requested by phone at least one hour before departure), you can get here or from here almost every half hour, in almost all directions. The bus stop that would be relevant for you is Niederehe Kirche. From there, it's a 5-minute walk to our place if you take your time. In the village, there are the following amenities: Beverage and supply vending machine at the community center in the village (350 m). Pizza delivery service or for pickup "Die Tomate" (open Thursday through Sunday, takeout only). Poultry farm Rätz with small farm shop. In the neighboring town of Kerpen, there is a bakery (2 km), and in the neighboring town of Loogh, there is the Gröner Hof (1.8 km) with a cheese dairy and farm shop (open Monday to Saturday), where, in addition to cheese, meat and other regional products are also sold. Adjacent to the courtyard, there is also a restaurant that is open Monday through Sunday from 12 pm to 4 pm and additionally on Friday and Saturday from 6 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, you can also have breakfast after making a reservation. Tuesdays are closed.
